Buyer has 2 options :
Pay the Full amount of 92000 which will cover the remaining amount of the lease to own contract to mercedes and me and take the car.
Transfer the lease to own contract under his name and pay the remaining (8) monthly installments of 2544 QR plus the balloon payment of 45000 at the end of the contract, plus 30k QR to me as i already paid 55k for the car.
