Responsibilities
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are
correct.
• Working with spreadsheet, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
• Strong out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
• Managing petty cashtransactions.
• Accounting activities up to finalization of accounts.
• Reconciliation of: bank, debtors, creditors.
• Managing monthly sales and marketing expenses.
• Prepare tax documents and e-filing.
